Bring these with the completed admission form.
- Completed admission form
- 2 copies of the student’s B-Form (NADRA)
- 2 copies of the father’s / guardian’s and mother’s CNIC
- 1 recent passport-size photograph (optional)
- Result card of the previous class (Grade 1 and above)
- School leaving certificate from the previous school (if any)
- For 1st Year: matriculation result card or online result print, and character certificate
